LiveSafe Integration

LiveSafe is a communication tool used by students and teachers to report suspicious activity, report an incident or place emergency calls. The Mutualink integration enables specific emergency and event buttons to create a Mutualink incident. For example, event buttons and the button to contact the University Police might be set to only create an incident at the University Police Department. The Call 911 button, meanwhile, might be set to call the University Police Department and the local Municipal Police Department.

The behavior of each button correlates to the business rules set by the customer at the time of integration and installation.
