Joe spent 41 years in Law Enforcement, serving as the Chief of Police for Orange Police Department, and more recently as the Chief of Police for Southern Connecticut State University. His experience in Law Enforcement and Higher Education makes him uniquely suited to address safety and security concerns for large-scale communities.
Joe joined Mutualink two years ago as Mutualink’s Director of Public Safety and Security Solutions.
