Mark Hatten has more than 35 years of experience in building businesses in the telecommunications, electronics and enterprise software industries. Mr. Hatten brings a track record of success, and an in-depth understanding of service and technology companies.

Mr. Hatten founded and was Chief Executive Officer of a cellular company, a cellular location technology company and a land mobile radio (LMR) company prior to launching Mutualink in 2007.

Joseph Mazzarella serves as Mutualink’s President and Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Mazzarella has over 20 years of corporate, finance, M&A, licensing and IP law experience. He has in-depth knowledge and experience in the high tech sector, ranging from consumer and enterprise software development to advanced wireless network and location technologies, and communications.

Prior to Mutualink, Mr. Mazzarella served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Connecticut Telephone and, thereafter, as its President. He also served as a board member of KSI, Inc., a mobile location technology company which was subsequently acquired by TruePosition, Inc., a Liberty Media company. Mr. Mazzarella served as shareholder class representative. He started his career as a corporate attorney with the law firm of Cummings & Lockwood (k/n/a McCarter & English). His experience includes private equity and syndication, financing, intellectual property and licensing, M&A, and telecommunications law. Notable accomplishments include assisting with formation and financing of the NFL expansion franchise, Jacksonville Jaguars and Alltel Stadium financing, structuring the sale of Connecticut’s only zoo, forging new case law on the foreclosure of developer rights, and pioneering the first competitive local exchange carrier license in Connecticut.

Mr. Boucher has been responsible for the development of the Mutualink Interoperability system. He has over 16 years experience in telecommunications research and development, with 12 years of that focused on cutting-edge voice communications; he also holds several key Voice-over-IP (VoIP) patents.

From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Boucher was responsible for developing the VoIP-over-WLAN infrastructure for Meru Networks, a global leader in wireless data and voice networks. He also directed the development of Meru’s first 802.11 access point, a pioneering breakthrough in enabling Quality-of-Service on standard wireless networks.

From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Boucher was the System Architect and Chief Engineer at Jetstream Communications. In this role, he led the development of the world’s first Voice-over-Broadband product, the CPX-1000. This product was a carrier-grade, highly-available server that provided Voice-over-DSL (VoDSL) telephony service for up to 2,000 customers.

Prior to Jetstream, Mr. Boucher developed voicemail products for Octel Communications (acquired by Lucent/Avaya).

Mr. Boucher received his BSEE in Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Mark Tomkalski joined Mutualink as its Chief Financial Officer in 2021 with over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, treasury, risk management and financial reporting. Prior to joining Mutualink, Mr. Tomklaski worked for a large national construction firm. He served in positions of increasing responsibility and ultimately as the Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer. During his tenure there, Mr. Tomkalski helped facilitate buyer due diligence activities and finalization of the sale of the company to provide owners liquidity after 125 years of family ownership as well as the subsequent integration activities with the new overseas parent company. Additionally, he managed relationships with third party stakeholders including banks, sureties, brokers, leasing companies, and partners. He also facilitated the marketing, due diligence and ultimate sale of a significant business segment representing over $650M of annual revenues.

Mr. Tomkalski began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hartford, CT where he worked for nearly a decade and is a certified public accountant in Connecticut.

Revathi brings a proven track record in the telecommunication and utility industries along with the Internet of Things (IoT) space to her position as Sr VP Engineering. Her diverse background includes senior level executive positions at high tech companies specializing in hardware, software engineering, and quality assurance.

Prior to joining Mutualink, Ms. Pillai contributed to the success of many high-tech companies in the information technology and services industry. She is multi-lingual, author of multiple patents and published articles, and a certified Scrum Master.

Ms. Pillai holds a BTech in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kerala, India, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama and an MBA in Strategic Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ms. Pillai also completed the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University.

Michael Wengrovitz is Mutualink’s Vice President of Innovation.

He has over three decades of industry experience in Electrical Engineering, Communication systems, R&D, and Product Development, with more than 70 patent applications. He received the ScD from MIT in EE, and was a Fannie and John Hertz Fellow in the MIT WHOI Joint Program.

Dr. Wengrovitz joined Mutualink in 2012. For the previous 13 years he was a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff at Alcatel-Lucent. Prior to that, he managed the Professional Products Electronics Group at Bose Corporation, and was Director of Acoustic Systems at Atlantic Aerospace Electronics Corporation.

Dr. Wengrovitz is responsible for system and product innovation, building on Mutualink’s core platform and network. Current areas of focus and development include IoT, advanced integrations, video/voice/data collaboration systems, advanced wired/wireless networking, and sensors.

Rick Summers leads Mutualink’s operations and manufacturing organizations. He has over 30 years of business and operations management experience with a strong focus on results. His background in RF / Analog design of LMR radios, domestic and international manufacturing principles and supply chain management provides Rick the diverse experience required to lead a successful operations organization.

Most recently, Rick served as VP of Operations for a division of Raytheon for 11 years where he expanded their offering of P25 and interoperability products into commercial, public safety and defense markets.

Davuluri has spent his 25-year career architecting, engineering and productizing cutting-edge software applications. He joins Mutualink from IDEMIA, where he delivered technology strategies, architectures, designs, and full lifecycle implementations of business solutions for various state and federal government agencies. Previously, he spent over 15 years at Fidelity Investments, Razorfish and Syntel in a number of engineering, architecture and product leadership roles, leading transformative product, engineering culture and technical innovation agendas, and helping the companies embrace open architecture principles and futuristic technology innovations, to solve mission-critical business challenges and accelerate business growth for leading multinational corporations like FMGlobal, Solomon Smith Barney, StateStreet and BCBS-M.

Davuluri earned his MBA (Finance, Marketing & Strategy) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and his Bachelor’s in Technology (Electronics Engineering) from the Kakatiya University, India, where he graduated in top 3 of the class.

Chrissie Coon – Chief Customer Experience Officer
With over 20 years of public safety and industry experience, she is uniquely qualified to understand and communicate the voice of the customer. In her previous role with the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet), under the U.S Department of Commerce, she served as a Senior Public Safety Advisor responsible for national strategic communications and stakeholder collaboration and advised on the use of innovative technology to support operational public safety missions.

Ms. Coon previously served as President and Co-Chair of EDGE, formerly known as CES Government, a global event partnered with CES, the largest and most influential technology expo in the world. In her role, she worked to elevate the prestigious event experience and develop relationships with leaders from all levels of government, industry, and academia to identify and incubate emerging technologies that support government missions.

Ms. Coon is 15-year veteran of the North Las Vegas Police Department in Las Vegas, NV where her and her mother served as commissioned law enforcement officers. They are recognized as the first and only mother-daughter succession in the State of Nevada. Chrissie is also a board member of Vispero, a provider of innovative assistive software and hardware solutions for blind and low-vision individuals, and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
