Mutualink’s Software Quality Assurance Team is currently seeking a SQA Engineer to join our dynamic team. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing manual test plans and test cases for all Mutualink products
  • Manual test execution for all core products (desktop, Android and iOS)
  • Contribute to project teams for manual test efforts
  • Work with QA automation engineers to determine which tests should be automated vs. manual
  • Ability to provide steps to reproduce bugs, retrieve log files and general debugging information for defects
  • Ability to run automated tests
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Participation in QA team meetings
  • Participation in project team meetings

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with Linux and UNIX operating systems
  • Experience with iOS and Android operating systems
  • Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Understanding of VM’s and complex lab environment topology
  • Background in contributing to the release process and an ability to work with Engineering and Deployment Teams to assess deployment readiness
  • Knowledge of and experience with quality process and methodologies to include: defect tracking tools and test case, test plan development, implementation and execution
