Mutualink’s Software Development Team seeks a Senior ISSI Developer to join us in our great accomplishments.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing real-time voice/video/data software solutions to support customer requirements
  • Developing integrations with third party communication systems
  • Collaborating effectively across development teams, QA and Customer Support
  • Participating in product planning and assisting with defining requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years software engineering experience in a complex system environment
  • Proven experience in building, delivering and maintaining embedded real-time communications software
  • In-depth knowledge of Voice-over-IP (VoIP) design including SIP, RTP, and audio processing
  • Expert level knowledge of C++
  • In-depth knowledge of the Linux operating system including commands, utilities, and configuration
  • Solid working knowledge of IP networks and network protocols
  • Working knowledge of VM and container technologies (e.g. Docker) on Linux platforms
  • Experience with implementing Push-to-Talk (PTT) and Radio-over-IP (RoIP) voice systems
  • Familiarity with video streaming protocols and video codecs
  • Understanding of ACE and/or BOOST C++ frameworks
  • Experience with Agile CI/CD environments and tools such as Git, Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to apply problem solving skills in a collaborative environment
  • BSCS/EE or equivalent
