This an exciting new opportunity to join fast growing company delivering an innovative, rapid response emergency coordination to communities across the country.

We are looking for a skilled sales support administrator to assist our sales team and channel partners with routine administrative functions, lead generation and follow up and become an integral part of the sales team.

Outstanding sales support administrators assist sales teams in such a way that it allows them to pursue sales targets rather than be tied down with additional paperwork.

Location: Westford, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Perform research to identify potential sales leads
  • Assist the Marketing Department with campaigns launched via HubSpot
  • Manage lead generation by working with the Sales Team for appropriate lead response, tracking and conversion to sales opportunities
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Answer and screen internal/external emails from customers and channel partners
  • Keep track of Sales Team’s communications with customers and channel partners
  • Price quote and proposal preparation
  • Schedule demos and meetings for the Sales Team and channel partners
  • Provide requested Mutualink information to Sales Team, customers, and channel partners
  • Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Demonstratable experience in sales support administration
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRMs
  • Experience with HubSpot marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many sales team members
  • The ability to multi-task
