We are looking for a Financial Analyst to compile and present timely and accurate financial information on the Mutualink’s performance and projected results.  Candidate will research and analyze financial information to help company make well informed decisions, draft presentations and reports and monitor financial movements and key performance indicators.  With both short-term and long-term focus, this individual understands the business and partners with other departments, including executive management to model the impact of operational results, strategic decisions, potential transactions, or economic assumptions.

The Financial Analyst will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

  • Prepare, consolidate and analyze financial data (actual results, forecasts, etc.) taking into account Mutualink’s goals and financial standing
  • Coordinate and administer the company’s budget process and monitor budget to actual results throughout the year
  • Assist in supporting and responding to third party inquiries including outside consultants, auditors, the Board of Directors and investors
  • Provide financial modeling for executive management including forecasting income statements, cash flows and balance sheets
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
  • Identify trends, budget variances and forward-looking projections in order to advise company and recommend actions based on sound analysis
  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  • Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope
  • Support process improvement, policy development and corporate governance initiatives that impact the organization
  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
