RemoteView

RemoteView allows you to select an indoor RemoteView to view real-time camera feeds.

Building resources, owned or associated with a particular user and agency, are displayed in the RemoteView tab, and when selected, exposes one or more RemoteView corresponding to building floors.

Each RemoteView contains multiple camera icons from which live video can be seen. If the cameras support Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ), these controls appear in the Resource Settings to perform these functions as well as presets, and multiple camera feeds can be displayed simultaneously.

RemoveView buildings can be shared to incidents using the incident map. this allows other incident members to view the floor plan of the building and to view any camera streams from the cameras in the building. See more information here: Sharing a Building to an Incident

Prerequisites

• Customer floor plans in GeoJSON format available to Mutualink field personnel add to building and floor locations.
• Hardware device installed at the customer site.
