Event Log

The Incident displays an Event Log section tracks the activity of the LNK360 users and resources participating in the incident.

Expanded Event Log. The area displays a timestamp, your username or resource that has joined or been invited into an incident along with if the invite was declined, TX, intercom, and video and file sharing activity. The log does not display any message sharing activity.

Sending Logs

Logs can be submitted to Mutualink Support from the interface.

  1. From Help > Submit Error Report.
  2. The Submit Error Report window displays.

  3. Click Save to zip.
  4. Submit Error Report window displays where the file can be saved under a certain name and location.

  5. Create a .zip file containing the logs. Send the .zip to support@mutualink.net.
