As a member of the Mutualink development team you will contribute to the design, implementation, and support of our innovative communication solution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and implementation of our communications solution components.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for development on Microsoft Windows platforms.
  • Oversee and support outsourced product development efforts targeting Microsoft Windows platforms.
  • Evaluate and address issues found in internal testing and in customer installations.
  • Drive integration between the Mutualink solution and products in the Microsoft Windows server and applications spaces.
  • Provide technical oversight and support outsourced product development efforts of Windows
  • Join in the continuous effort to extend our product’s scope and depth.

Job Qualifications

  • BS CS/Engineering or equivalent experience required, MS CS/Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • 8+ Years direct Windows application and/or server software development experience
  • Design and implementation experience with high-reliability “near real-time” systems preferred.
  • Design and implementation experience with object-oriented methods required.
  • Expert experience with the C, C++, and C# programming languages.  Experience with other
    programming and scripting languages is a plus.
  • Practical experience developing applications, services, and libraries using the .NET framework
    Experience with other libraries (e.g. C++ Standard Template Library, Boost) is preferred.
  • Practical experience extending open source and third-party products using published APIs strongly
  • Practical development experience with VoIP call control and media protocols (e.g. SIP, RTP, SRTP)
  • Practical experience in network protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, VPN) preferred.
  • Practical experience with security and encryption technologies preferred.
  • Experience in development of military-grade systems preferred.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and other rapid development techniques preferred.
  • Effective communication skills to foster planning and technology transfer requirements required.
  • Availability in response to needs of the customer for installation, maintenance and equipment
    malfunctions.

Job level assignment and associated compensation are determined based on the Company’s assessment and evaluation of a candidate’s overall qualifications and experience in accordance with its policies.
